We are in-network with several dental insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, MetLife, Principal, United Concordia, and UnitedHealthcare. Please note that we accept PPO plans only. As a courtesy to our patients, we will verify your insurance eligibility and provide an estimated copay based on the information available from your insurance provider. Please keep in mind that all benefit and copay estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not a guarantee of coverage or payment. Your actual out-of-pocket costs may vary depending on your plan’s benefits, limitations, and final claim processing by your insurance company.

If you do not have dental insurance, or we are not in network with your insurance, we welcome you! We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards and CareCredit, with no additional fees for using these payment methods. Our fees are competitively priced because we believe everyone deserves access to quality, affordable dental care. Our goal is to make treatment accessible, help you save your natural teeth, and keep your smile healthy for years to come.
